5- How much time do I need to train my EA?
It may take 48 hours for EA to begin with smaller tasks and upto 2 weeks to get fully trained. We recommend starting slow and giving more work as confidence builds up.
6- Can my EA work during odd hours if need be?
Yes, your EA can work during your required hours.
7- How do we begin forwarding tasks to EA?
If you use a Project Management system like Asana, you can add our team to start assigning tasks.
8- What if I am not satisfied with my EA’s performance?
We have a Quality Assurance team and Shift Supervisors that ensure work is delivered per requirement however, if you are not satisfied, we can arrange for another EA and setup interview with you before approving new EA.
