Introduction:
Since this is a very first blog post for my business website (although not the first post I ever published), I thought I would first add a welcome note and tell my readers more about who I am and how I started this business.
Who I am and What is DOS.Support
My name is Muhammad Moonis Mansoor and I am based in Lahore, one of Pakistan’s oldest and historical cities. I was born in Karachi and spent my 11 years of childhood
there and then moved to Lahore. I completed by School and then University form Lahore in 2007 with majors in Accounting (though I never worked as an Accountant).
During my studies, I started teaching part time and within a year I got my first job in a Call Center. This was my first step towards building this Support Service!
So I worked for 4 more years in local call centers delivering phone based support to international and local customers, this was really the building stage that helped me become a ‘support ninja’ (atleast that is what I thought at that time 😉)
Getting bored? Let me fast forward! Then I got an opportunity to work remotely for a Canadian Internet Marketing company and then as they grew, I got promoted as Customer Support Manager, collaborating with team of 20+ members located in the US as well as Canada, Philippines and locally in Pakistan!
While I worked, I realized I could offer my services as a team and help more businesses with their customer service needs, this is where I founded DOS-Support, also known as Digitech Outsourcing Solutions.
We built this business as parents would raise their kids and spent lot of time and effort to make it what we are now, a boutique customer service and support agency fulfilling 24-7 support needs of our clients and helping them build customer loyalty!
DOS-Support helps businesses by answering their customer service phone calls, emails, live chat inquiries on website as well as text messages and social media pages. We now have our presence in Dallas, Texas as well as our Call Center in Lahore, Pakistan.
If you wish to know in more detail what we offer, please see on our Customer Service and Admin Support service pages
