Inbound Phone Support – CSR


We are seeking experienced call center agents for Inbound Customer Support position for US based clients. This position does NOT involve telemarketing or cold calling. You will be required to answer phone calls and emails / chats, primary duties include:

  • Answering phone calls professionally
  • Providing Customer Support for our clients based in US
  • Assisting customers with their issues and/or responding to their inquiries
  • Making follow up outbound calls as needed
  • Responding to emails and live chat inquiries

Skills Needed:

You are a great fit if:

  • You can speak English fluently and in neutral or US accent
  • You can deliver excellent Customer Service
  • You have patience
  • You have good system handling and can work efficiently on computer / laptop
  • You are hard working and looking for long term career job

Office is based at Zainab Towers, Model Town Link Road, Lahore

Job timings will be from 7pm until 4am i.e 9 hrs, 6 days a week. Salary package is upto Rs. 36,000 + performance incentive as well as option to work extra hours paid by the hour.
